After having known each other for more than 10 years, Gina Joaquin and Todd Duncan together established the law firm Joaquin & Duncan, L.L.C., in January 2000, with offices originally downtown Fort Worth in the Bank One Tower. Following the Tower’s destruction by a tornado in March 2000, the firm moved to the center of the DFW-metroplex, where they now work with clients nationwide.
Together for twenty years, the attorneys of Joaquin & Duncan have worked on many important cases, always with the goal of improving people’s lives. They have often represented the little guy, the underdog, fighting zealously in difficult circumstances. They have also worked on many high-profile cases involving professionals, with finances, and often liberty, at stake.
They are not afraid of adversity and stand ready to provide you with zealous representation. Gina received her law degree from St. Mary’s University in 1995 and has been licensed in Texas since 1995. She holds an AV-5.0 Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, which is the highest ethical standard and legal ability rating.
